I need some advice! has this happened to anyone before?

Question

i stoped taking my birth control pills in may and have had a normal period since then but now i am two months late and my husband thinks i might be pregnant. i have taken several hpt and they were all negative and i went to the doctor she did a urine test that was negative. i told her that my nipples had been sore for over a week, i borke out with some little bumps on my face and a few pimples, which is odd. she said i might be and that since my husband and i were ok with eith outcome that i shold just wait and see what happens in the next month. i thought she would examine me or take blood but all she did was say that i might be pregnant and she recomended waiting a month and comming back in. i am usually a very regular person with or without birth control so this is a first time for me to even be a week late. i thought it might me i am odd form the bc but this morning i thought i was going to get my period cause i had somem discoloration so i have worn a pad all day and now there is only a few dark spots on it and i am still getting the discoloration when i pee.i am taking her advice and waiting i just wanted some input from anyone who might of had the same thing happen to them or could give me some advice i hate waiting!!! thanks

somtimes im late on my period to and my family drive me to canada they do something on my wrist and give me medicine then it comes out fine again

I would have her do blood work just to be safe. Sometimes when you get off of birth control it messes with your system for a while and if you are stressing out that doesn't help either.
