I'm just starting to make my meals ahead of time and freezing them. So far I've saved so much money and time! I have a recipe for Hawaiian Chicken, but it makes an awful lot. I want to divide the recipe into freezer bags portioned for 2 people. The thing is, it calls to cook it in a crock pot for 4-5 hours on low. If I divide it like I want then I won't really have enough to even fill much of the crock pot. Can I just use a pot on the stove instead? If I can what heat setting should I use and how long should I cook it for? Thanks for any advice!
