I need some advice on a vacation destination.?

My family has been saving up to go on a family vacation. The only problem is, we don't know where to go. We prefer somewhere in Mexico or Caribbean. Do you know any good places to go. Also somewhere not extremely expensive, but still nice. Somewhere by the beach too. Thanks!
