ive gained some weight and im not happy about it. im 13. i am about 5' 3" and weight 120 pounds. i know thats the normal weight for that height, but my stomach slightly rolls over my pants. and i have to get new pajamas because it hangs out of all my pajama shirts. and i did ask my mom and she said to get new pajamas... i used to be a size 3 in juniors, and now im a 7. so my questions is, how do i loose 10-15 pounds as fast as possible? there's no certain time it needs to be done, i would just like it gone soon. thanks
