I need some advice on loosing a few pounds?

ive gained some weight and im not happy about it. im 13. i am about 5' 3" and weight 120 pounds. i know thats the normal weight for that height, but my stomach slightly rolls over my pants. and i have to get new pajamas because it hangs out of all my pajama shirts. and i did ask my mom and she said to get new pajamas... i used to be a size 3 in juniors, and now im a 7. so my questions is, how do i loose 10-15 pounds as fast as possible? there's no certain time it needs to be done, i would just like it gone soon. thanks

  1. Eat healthy. Stay away from the junk food. Stay away from fast food places. Eating at home is usually the most healthy. Eat lean meats and lots of vegetables. For desert or a snack eat fruits/cheeses. Try limiting the cake and ice cream.

    Exercise 4-5 times a week as well. Since your a little young to sign up for the gym, either sign up for a sport, or just do cardio around your neighborhood for 30 minutes a day.

  2. -at first, count your average caloric intake when you eat normally[if you werent dieting at all], then lower it by about 300. after a week lower it another 100. try this for the first 3 weeks.

    -drink water

    -leg raises, crunches, sit-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, etc.

    -run long distances with thick clothes on to sweat alot.

    -eat grapefruits, oranges, apples, and peaches alot.

    -walking up and down stairs helps too

    -eat slowly

    -dont eat while your focused elsewhere because then you dont realize how much your eating.

    -excercise and be active, while doing something else, that way you dont realize how much your exercising and get tired.
