I need some advice:friend problems?

lately my best friend has been very temperamental idk why anyways, last night i decided i was going to get another tattoo sometime this week and i asked my best friend if she would like to go with me, she told me no cause the fact that she cant get hers right now and blah blah blah. so i just told her okay whatever she asked me where i was gonna put it at i told her like my upper back in the middle and she got all pissed off saying that i always copy her, cause after she got her tattoo on her hip i got one one on my hip. then she told me i knew she was gonna get her memorial tattoo of her friend that passed away there and she told me that now i gone and messed it up and blah blah blah...so now she is pissed off at me idk what to do, i still want to get my tattoo but if i get it right there is she always gonna be mad at me?

fyi: our friend that passed away last year in a car accident the anniversary of that day is coming up this Monday on the 25th do you think she got so upset because of the day coming up and its just hitting her hard?

maybe you guys are spending too much time together...i always get irritated at my friends when i see them too much...we are too much alike and it clashes sometimes...just spend some time apart and let her cool off...its prolly nbd,

i deff think that maybe the whole memorial date coming up has a big part of it even if she doesnt admitt it.

i think that you should just do want you want with what and where you want your tattoo i mean if that is more important to her then you as a friend then she isnt a good friend. i mean im sure she will get over it,
