I need some advise, tips, etc How to pass the real estate exam ( South Carolina) Please help?

I would like to pass the real estate exam ( SC) I do not know what to do in order to pass it. I took the test twice and I failed but I do not want to give up , I need to do it for my me and my children. Please if you have any tips, books,etc please let me know. I also been thinking purchase one of those on line tutor for that helps to pass the real estate exam but I do not know if they will work.
