I need some basketball help?

how do i gain weight? im 15 and like 5-6 months ago i was like 145-150 now im like 133-135. i play basketball everyday for 3-4 hrs and ive been working out for over a year. im getting muscular but im getting ripped and i dont want that i wanna be buff. so do u guys know how i can gain weight and play basketball as much as i do?

  1. just eat lots of junk food  


  2. workout at the gym or you can even do small things at your house to gain muscle... eat alot of good **** bascially no mcdonalds and nothings im saying like wholo wheat pasta and good food that would give you a lot calories and then play ball... cus you lose weight when you burn calories ...

    so u can just eat alot and play ball and hope to consume alot of calories which that might turn to fat and you dont want fat thats why the workout comes in....  

  3. eat more, and do different lifting techniques that focus on gainning muscle rather then toning or ripping it.  

  4. go to crawldog.com/ivince and click on webcasts plz i need viewers....you kind of weigh a lot...i would reccomend weight watchers

  5. i would eat A LOT, consume a lot of  calories, and still work out
