I just finished one about my ancestor "Mary Boleyn," sister of Anne and wife to Henry VIII; although they where both his mistresses.  Philippa Gregory is a great writer and every sentence flows together like a real life movie.

The book is called "The Other Boleyn Girl," but she writes many like this in that era.

well the only books i know are by phillippa gregory, and they're historical fiction. but they're pretty good. she writes a whole series of books about Henry VIII's wives and daughters.

I came across a booklet (at a thrift store) entitled Britain's Kings & Queens, published by PITKIN; is there a public library near you? go there.-i hope you find what you are looking for.
