Ok so I have been losing weight by eating much better than I did, (20 Pounds so far actually :) ) So I have just one problem.. now I don't get hungry! Really I know for maximum weight loss you are supposed to eat several small meals a day, and eat well BUT I only get Hungry once a day now. How am I supposed to eat when i'm not hungry if I have a severe weight problem that I'm trying to fix? Take today for example... I had 3 scrambled eggs for breakfast and a piece of whole wheat 35 cal toast. water and unsweetened tea all day. yesterday subway 6" wheat, oven roasted chicken breast, no cheese, just pickles, black olives and tomatoes. little bit of oil on top... unsweetened tea....
anyone have any helpful ideas or anything? I know not eating is not healthy for you but I find myself cutting back more and more...
also anyone have any recipes for healthy food?
