I need some easy methods of sprouting seeds (alfalfa, lentils, etc)?

and also, if you grow wheatgrass, is it easy? I saw it in the store and it was really expensive. Thanks.

You can put alfalfa seeds into a jar, with holes punched in the top, and a little water in the bottom. Keep it on the counter in your kitchen.  Add water daily as necessary.  Sorry, I've only done alfalfa and bean sprouts.....
