i'm a 3rd year varsity middle hitter,we only run a 1 tempo out of the middle... and my timing is perfect almost all the time. i'm really accurate and good at placing the ball. and when i'm on then the hit is so fast that the block usually isn't up and it's pretty easy to score.but i want to play college ball and i know that the blockers will be smarter (as will the passers) so i want to make my swing a lot stronger.... what are some good exercises to do that?
