  1. Same here but i have been goin to the gym since i was 13 and i started benchin this year (14) but i would go to the gym and bench but i think you should start at like 25lbs. and make your way up..

cause you never know it could fall and come down on you

make sure you have a spotter too

  2. Wait until you are 16... you don't want to risk damaging your muscles or joints at your age, it could cause serious problems.

In the mean time, just do pressups, situps, etc. and loads of sports.

By the way, diet is THE most important thing if you want to lose or gain weight, etc.

  3. It seems you are very strong So; you are ready now Your a man now so hit the weights. If you are seeking to become really big and people will be intimated and scared by you. Lift super heavy weights. Like bench a weight that is super heavy where you can only lift it 4 or 5 times. That's the weight your going for. Same with other weight exercises. Be sure to double your protein intake for muscle boost and fast recovery. Warming up first to prevent a muscle tear; this will halt your extreme training. Stretch. Make sure to rest alot; the muscles need rest to repair the destruction and then they reconstruction producing massive muscle gain.
