I need some fashion advice!!! Help please!?

Okay, I have about 150 to 200 dollars to spend for my birthday. Where should I shop, Abercrombie kids or Forever 21? Please HELP! I want to get clothes like the ones that Miley Cyrus wears. She has some cute stuff. Thanks!

I love abercrombie but if you shop there you'd only be able to get a few things will 150-200 dollars, but at forever 21 you could get a ton of cute things!

but if you are going for a preppy look u can go to abercrombie

Forever 21 has some REALLY cute stuff. She seems to layer a a lot and wear the tights right? I've seen all sorts of colored tights there. They even have a variety of lengths I believe. For accessories try ICING or Claire's. Good luck! You might also want to do some loose curls with a large iron. :)

miley cyrus shops at urban outfitters & intuition !! i say, go to both !! get clothes you like, don`t just a particular brand. really. go to abercrombie kids & pick out a few that you like, try them on, see what`s super cute on you, and buy them. then go to forever 21, do the same. and if you can, go to urban outfitters, there`s miley cyrus`s clothes there..no lie. just check out different stores, pick out cute ones from different styles so you`re not just complete abercrombie or completely forever 21. that`s what i`m going to do ;]

A&F Outlet is good if you dont want to spend that much.
