I am looking for a character that consists of long hair, striaght across bangs and preferably with brown hair but I can dye. Also, nothing too scandalous.

OH! ROZEN MAIDEN! Suseseki (spelled wrong, just look up rozen maiden you'll figure it out)

and if you want better options, go to your local Claires and buy a blonde wig (12 dollars so you wont feel bad about styling it, I bought a hannah montana wig and when styled it was fantastic for misa amane)
