Go to golfsmith.com they sell a pack that comes with the cup a miniflag and some other stuff. You can probably get sod for cheap or even free if it is just for a little putting area.

It's sorta like the clown opening and closing his mouth, but instead it's a pair of lips kissing a giant ***. You have to time it so the lips are away from the *** and put the ball right through the crack.  For added effect, put a picture of your boss on the *** and a coworker on the lips.
