Hello i am looking for some azz workouts that will make my boody a little firmer. I used to have a ridiculously fat azz then i lost 20lbs so its just whateva now. but nuttin nasty or funny ppl i want some exercises not sexercise mmkaayyy.

  1. I would suggest you try to tread water for a long period of time for at least an hour.You can go at a pace you like and see how long you can go without stopping. That will build up your muscle as well as shed of a ton of fat. Just remember that it is better to swim for long periods of time rather than swimming like crazy and then resting after one little lap. Also, remember that anyone can tread no matter if your Michael Phelps or an unexperienced swimmer. Try this and you won't believe how good of an excercise this is for you. Good luck
