I need some good honest feedback why or why wouldn't you buy from this website www.mycamplife.com?

The site is nice, it is inviting, but lacks in several points to build confidence with the buyer. It seems unfinished.

For example:

- your customer service links seems too difficult to find, I expect them to be on your footer, as most stores. After seeing a product detail, and making the decision to buy from you, your buyer will need this information. Make it to open as a pop-up or new blank window.

- your "View cart" is really basic, doesn't feel like a real store. I liked the ajax "add to cart" links tho.

- change your favicon. The joomla one just doesn't help.

- you have several "gaps" on your desing/template

As I said, it is a nice store. With your finishing touches, I think you can make good sales.
