I need some good mini swim workouts?

I'm on a swim team but because of my work & dance schedule I haven't really been able to go to practice. I work at a pool and I've been trying to get some swimming in after my shift but I usually run out of stuff to do. Can anyone give me a some good half hour/hour long workouts, preferably a few focusing on freestyle and a few focusing more on I.M. and specific strokes. Some good drills would be nice too.

  1. 10x 100fr @ 1:30

    5  x 100fr @ 1:20

    1  x 100 sprint;

    do a warmup before and after, repeat if you have more time; adjust time accordingly those are just average

    200- Swim (usually front crawl)

    200- Kick

    200- IM

    200- Pull

    200- Swim

    This works great for mini workouts or is a good warmup
