Unscrew one of the tires air caps, leave a bike pump. It wont be too cruel but it will take them a little bit.

Get a novelty licence plate that say gaypride...or something to that effect. Put it on in place of their rear licence plate.  They will never notice.

My friend had his car saran wrapped (however its spelled). It took him forever to get it off too! Best to do in the dark if possible!

I took a HUGE pair of ladies underwear and attached them to my nephews license plate on time....he was FURIOUS!!!

OK Bologna on the car... will peal paint, you should do it!!! And chocolate sauce is good too. And suck gummy bears and stick them to the windshield and they will get really hard. That will not really damage the car though. So do that one. And you could write a message with them too. Suck them good to get them sticky and wet and they will stick better. and it wont damage it at all if you put it on the glass. and the angle of the windshield will keep them from falling off. Saran wrap is always fun. Because its hard to see. You could really nicely cover the windows with saran wrap, then write with sharpie so they are like wtf??? haha!  Bologna will peal paint so be careful with that.  Get some pink side walk chalk and color on the tires. make them pink walled tires!!  And if he has hubcaps, pop them off and buy 5 dollar ghetto spinners from walmart and pop those on!  And if you can get his keys, get those cheap 3 dollar Boas (feather thingies that strippers have) And put them inside the car! So its all pretty and girly. And hang thongs up on those handles that you hold when you sit in the car. GOOD LUCK! And I hope to see you post back with what you are gonna do! or did.

Cover their car in maxi pads (if you really want to get gross, add some ketchup).

Something else I always wanted to do was go take those magnetic ribbons off everyone's car in the lot and cover one car in them but that might tee off a lot of people.

Don't use mustard because it will eat the paint.
