I need some help, are the following tax deductible?

On schedule A, for a couple filing jointly, are the following deductible as itemized deductions?

1-Disability income insurance premiums

2-Neurologist visits

3-Life insurance premiums

4-Contribution to national political party (democrat)

The only one of those items that might be deductible is the neurologist visits.  And that is only deductible, as a medical expense, if your total medical and dental expenses are over 7.5% of your adjusted gross income - you only deduct the part that's over the 7.5%
