I just got back from my first day at a brand new school and I'm in 8th grade. Usually, I'm full of energy from the time I wake up till one at night. But I'm feeling lethargic and my family is going out in a bit. What can I do for energy and to get this tired feeling out of my bones besides energy drinks. My eyes aren'sleepy so I can't sleep, but my body feels half asleep and groggy. Thanks so much.

  1. Do simple breathing exercises for 5-10 minutes and take a 20 minute nap. You'll feel SO much better when you wake up!

  2. The first day at a brand new school can be stressful whether your aware of it or not... Stress can manifest itself in various forms, from stomach aches, headaches, over all malaise and fatigue. As to rid yourself of this "" down "" I suggest either taking a short nap, maybe even going out for a small walk or a jog ( fresh air does wonders), and/ or taking a shower... I hardly suggest taking energy drinks, your still young and I would stay away from those !

Tonight before you go to bed, take a bath and take some time for you to relax.. you should be better tomorrow !

  3. honestly the best was is to exercise, eat alot of fruit and vegitables.

maybe not watch to much tv and try to stay active.

your bones may ache because your not drinking enough milk.just try to stay healthy.

    4.  Why do u need to stay up anyways if your that tired then just go to sleep
