I need some help, please?

Question

I want to make another AMV but whenever I download clips to use from IGN, they don't appear in My Documents, My Videos, etc. Can anyone please help me out with this? Also, when I click onto Download Manager, it says "Temporary Internet Files" next to the downloaded clips and I delete the internet files daily, so is this part of the reason why they won't show up in My Computer? Thank you

get lime wire or watch a document on it heres a web sit it says how to make one but it helps save and open them too
