I need some help - Exercise and Diet?

Ok so don't laugh really I mean if you do you're just cruel.

Ok so I'm 12, blue eyes, blonde hair, I've got amazingly strong muscles, and I'm 140 - 147 pounds. This isn't normal. I can't go/get any exercise like around my house because my parents won't let me go on the street I mean I have a backyard but how do I exercise back there? I've been eating healthy foods but nothing's working!

Will someone just please tell me what to do?!?! :'(

  1. Sounds like you might have something wrong with your metablosim, tell a doctor. Drink tons of water, I'm telling you people lose like 10 pounds from just drinking water.

    The best thing for ya is to walk. Just walk everywhere and anywhere you can. Ask your parents if you can walk with them or go walk with a friend somewhere.

    Also, if your really strong, remember muscle weighs more then fat so don't go by your weigh. If it keeps going up and your working out/walking it's FINE, its muscle.

    It's kinda odd your parents won't let you go to the street when your 12, unless you live on like a highway lol.

    sit ups, crunches, ask your parents to go to the gym, stretching does alot, get some hand weights & use them.

  3. dance listen to your favorite music and just dance. no excuses on this one. anybody can do this

  4. Get a swiss ball, some elastic tubing with handles and some Billy Blanks Tai Bo DVD's.  You can build a great body with just that!  You can even do it with some other fitness DVD's from the library!

    If you want it bad enough, you will work out in the back yard, get out there!

  5. 1- GET A JUMP ROPE: use it in a fun/not broing way.

                         like do 50 jumps and time how long u took to finish them

      next day try to break ur score.and so on

    2- Practice all kind of aerobic moves u know or u can do.

    like puch ups, etc.

    3- Get a ball maybe a soccer ball will be the best, learn using ur imagination how to control it and stuff like like.

    Practice every day ( but don't rush urself, do as much as you can can)

    EAT FRUITS EVERY DAY. DRINK WATER( NOT VERY COLD)


  6. IF YOU HAVE AN EMPTY ROOM be there do jumping jacks, do abs , take some 5 pound weights and see if it will work it works for me i hope it does to you but for

    your age you are not suppose 2 worried about it
