I need some help. I have a legit question about disability benefits.?

Does anyone know if disability transfers from one state to the next, or do you have to reapply? If I moved from SC to AZ, would I have to reapply in AZ?

I believe you still get it.  It would be awful to have to reapply when it was so hard to get it in the first place.  I don't think that would be necessary.

Contact social security and tell them that you are moving and give them your new address. Disability is a federal program so you are free to move around anywhere in the US. You will not have to reapply.
