I need some help changing some setting on my computer!?

I love to watch TV on my laptop - However, every time I start watching something causes it to pause every few seconds like it is buffering.

My internet service is a Verizon Air Card and I have plenty of bar strength.

My anti-virus program in Windows Onecare Live I have added the websites that I want to watch to my firewall lists and I have included them in my trusted sites under my tools in Internet Explorer.

There may not be anything else that I can do to speed up my computer but I figured that it never hurts to ask.

Any help that you can give me is greatly appreciated.

Make sure whatever program you are using to watch Tv isnt being blocked by your anti-virus. If that isn't the case, you just have a bad TV Connection on the laptop. And if that isnt it, you just have a slower computer. For example, Youtube does exactly what your saying your tv is doing on a Slow computer cuz the computer cant handle it. If you still want to fix it i'd suggest a graphics card maybe? But if you went that far to get a card, make sure u talk with someone from whatever program your using that a card will work. Good luck!
