I need some help deciding a church to go to in Singapore!?

Question

I am looking for a good Lutheran and a Catholic church in Singapore. Nothing that is too out going and like a big chain. I am new to the area and would really like to go to church tomorrow. A website would be great! I was looking on google but there were just too many choices! Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Church of St. Alphonsus (also known as Novena Church) -- It's a catholic church in singapore and I attend it too. There are novenas to attend the whole of saturdays and masses on weekdays and sunday. It is a significant landmark in that area and the area ard the church is known as 'Novena', named after the popular novenas held in the church. It is within walking distance from Novena train station, 2 stops away from orchard.
