Our home is about 1425 square feet and we just remodeled this spring. We need to re-insulate the entire attic and want to know if any contractors out there can ballpark a price for me. We have 3 attic access points in our house.

Thanks for taking the time to help!

  1. You will need a specific contractor. One who specializes in spray insulation, call them up and have them give you a ball park figure. Good luck with your project!

  2. In discussing insulation pricing it depends on what R-value are they to achieve?  What thickness is to be sprayed?  You might not be too far off base if you count on approx. $3.00-$3.50 per square foot of area to be insulated.  This is sprayed foam.  Sprayed cellulose would be cheaper.
