  1. What currency?  I assume from your name you mean Swedish Krona.  For £12.50 you'd be best off looking in a car boot sale.

  2. Couple of suggestions.

If you own a bike, try getting a trainer for it. Depending on the quality and type you got, it could be under 150. If you go that route, you can ride on your own bike which will fit you and keep you used to your saddle so you won't get sores when you take it outside.

If you don't own a bike, try craigs list or freecycle.

Search for (your town) Free Cycle on yahoo and see if there is a group. It is where people get on and list the stuf they don't want anymore, but don't want to throw away because it is still good.

On both freecycle and craigs list, you can post that you are looking for a cheap stationary bike.

  3. Serious cyclists attach a trainer to a regular bike rather than use a dedicated exercise bike.   Even the least espensive ones (shown below) work just fine and stand up to years of use.

I have an old mountain bike that's no longer suitable for riding outside that I leave on my trainer full time.
