I need some help from other moms?

I am taking public speaking and I need a topic for a speech. The only thing I really know a lot about is taking care of my kids, 2 girls ages 4 and 2. What would be a good topic for an informative speech that would be between 5 and 7 minutes? I need something that is very specific since it isn't a lot of time to speak. Any suggestions would be great!

A wide spread issue with many mothers is trying to get their young children to eat foods with nutritional value.

How about telling about interesting and fun ways you can get your kids involved in preparing meals? Healthy snacks that even a toddler can help prepare, or taking the child to the grocery store and including them in gathering menu ingredients. When children participate in the entire process they are more inclined to taste what they prepared with their own hands.

5-7 minutes would be about 5 hours to me if I had to speak in front of people.  If it's for school, I had to once speak about biological versus environmental and which I thought more influenced the child and the way they grew up.  There is much research on the topic and was very easy to do (I picked environmental as my point).
