I need some help on my fear of hights.?

im in mcjrotc, its like the junior marines. theres going to be a climbing wall in a few months. I can only make it half way up. How can i overcome that fear.

i have that same problem and u no what im sorry this might not help but i just say to myself fear is inside of me which means its smaller, and ill be damned that something smaller than me will win
