I need some help on my iPod?

I have a iTunes account, but when my iPod is plugged in to my computer it says "do not disconnect." I can't even scroll through my songs.

  1. thats because something is being updated on your ipod. when the ipod communicates with your computer it is not safe to disconnect it. Wait until you load all your songs or disconnect it from your computer before trying to scroll through songs.
