hi everyone i'm am somewhat fit i go to dance class twice a week i walk a half and hour every day but i'm way over weight i don't lose my breath that easily. i start school on september 2nd. and i was hoping i could lose like twenty lbs. i know it's not healthy but i want to look good maybe a pound a day or something so i'm asking you for some tips and ideas on wat to eat some excercise tips and NO RUDE COMMENTS

  1. Drink lots of water, watch your calories and sugar, and do some type exercise every day for 30-60 minutes.

    10= kinda gettin on the fat side

    11= a little better

    12= ok but a little to fat

    13= bout the same

    14= ok

    15=good

    16,17 or 18= and ur great

  3. I wish I weighed as much as you. I don't really know how but I lose weight very easy. But try eating smaller portions of food. And Exercise  as much as possible. I barely eat , and I weigh about 117.9 and I'm 16. But since I don't eat a lot, I lose a lot of weight. I don't recommend eating as much as I do (barely anything). But you could just try and be comfortable with the body you have. And you are not overweight.

  4. Exercise even more, but don't over exercise. Just do some running or other cardiovascular activities.

    Another thing you could do, even though I bet you hear this most often, is to eat healthy. Have some granola and yogurt for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and maybe some veggies and chicken for dinner.

    Believe me, you'll feel much much better if you eat healthy, and if you feel good it's easier to exercise, and eventually you'll be a good candidate to lose weight.

  5. As soon as you wake up, do as many push ups, sit ups as you can. Eat smaller portions but more often throughout the day. Get an exercise dvd, they work wonders!

    Btw, how much do you weigh?

  6. Baby girl that is too much weight to loose and if you do try to loose 1 lbs a day all that weight is gonna come right back...Try to eat healthy and run.. I have lost 40 lbs in 6 months but that was only cause I have changed the way I eat ...I try to eat everything cooked and grilled.I don't eat anything fried anymore and drink lots and lots of water. No more soda for me, as you said it was hard for me to be out of breath but I can tell you  if you drink water and run or jog you will burn lots of calories. Try to walk as much as possible and avoid pastas and potatoes. Try lots of green vegetables and fruits and to be honest with you stop looking at the numbers and look at the inches..I wish you luck and try the healthy way.

    IF YOUR AT A GYM RUN BACK AN FORWARD ACROSS THE GYM DOWN AND BACK IS ONE AND DO 16 I KNOW ITS HARD BUT WE HAVE TO DO THESE TYPE OF THINGS FOR VOLLEYBALL CONDITIONING AND I'VE LOST WEIGHT WITH NO INTENTIONS TO AND ITS HARD AT FIRST AND YOU MAY WANT TO QUIT BUT DONT GIVE UP I DIDNT AND I FEEL BETTER THAN EVER. ALSO TRY AND LIMIT JUNK FOOD TRUST ME IN THE END YOUR GOING TO FEEL GREAT

    no more burgers, onion rings, just all the good stuff!!

    Burn more than you take in!  that is the secret!!!
