to fire my property management company. We own a rental and they're really falling down on the job. I've never fired anyone before.

  1. Just write him/her a letter or send him an e-mail.If it's a company, it's OK, it's not like they can't deal with it. Is there any relationship aside from them your employee? Is just part of the business.GOOD LUCK!!


  2. Be firm but polite remember they work for you

    Take a deep breathe and do it, the thought of it is worse.than doing it.
