Ok I like this guy

He’s 12 and I’m 13 I’m going into 8th grade he’s going into 7th.

I know him thru football (he plays on the same team as my bro and my dads the coach) but I heard a rumor that he tried on all of his moms thongs. I don't believe it but it’s just awkward. I don't really know him because he’s in a lower grade but does any one have good ways to start up a convo with him. I’m not really sure how to ask him out (once I’m ready 2) because I’ve only dated older guys (like a year older) and also the guys I’ve asked out in the past I had a friend ask one of them out and I asked the other one out over I’m. so I’m not really good when it comes to this kind of thing go to all of his practices and once the games start I’ll go to all of those (4 my bro and dad) but there’s not really much time to talk there actually there’s no time so what could I say to him at school about practice or a game and not sound stalkerish???

you're still only young- just make friends with him and see where it goes-- you neverknow you could be freinds for a long time then when youre a bit older it coud turn into a serious relationship- i'm not syaing it wouldnt be serious now but i think your best option would be to make friends and see where it goes from there

You are 12 and you are dating already.  I have a 12 yr old and she has never dated yet and I am so glad she is still niave.  I think you should stop thinking about dating and have as a good mate instead then when you are old enough you will know more about him and then you will be mature enough to decide if he is right or not for you.

wow you both are young and inexperienced, just find something obvious to talk about like football or something, also being THAT young and the fact hes younger than you, the kid is going to be extremely shy and girls alone can be intimidating to an inexperienced guy, plus the fact your older, your going to have to take the reigns if  you want to get anywhere with him, just get to know him, become friends with him and be really sweet and pay attention to him, when you want to ask him out, just ask really sweetly, its not rocket science.

Well, I see that everybody says that we are too young or something, but actually I live in Greece where a guy is considered normal as long as he starts having relationships at 11 year old.

Now about your question, once a girl that liked me came up to me and asked me to be friends. That's what you should do (I think).

But don't ask him out, he should ask you out, it's no good when girls ask the guys they like on a date...
