I need some help with a job...?

I am applying for a clerical position at a friend's business. She wants to know what office programs I am familiar with. I know how to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Is there something else I should become familiar with?

I'm not exactly sure what her business does, but any suggestions would help. Thanks!
