Can anyone help me with this.. I don´t know what it means and I need help.. I don´t even know what language is.. I think it is hebrew.. but not sure.. Please help..

All I know is that it is Hebrew writing system.

It is Hebrew. The order is confused so it's a little difficult to sort out. But I tried:
