I need some help with call of duty 4?

Question

I got every achievement except for one. The achievement I'm trying to get is eyes and ears or something like that.I know why I didn't get it the first time, it's because I had a cheat on that I forgot to turn off, but now the games not allowing me to. Also I would delete my saved progress from my hard drive, yet every time I start the game up it would say that I done beat the game already. Could someone help me out?

i have no idea how to help. that happened to me too. it's not like you need every achievement. you don't get a katana like you do in halo 3

Don't go directly to the game, open up your saved data ( above the game CD pic) and delete all your Call of Duty Data, It won't affect online since online is saved on your account. Go and beat it again.
