I need some help with cd problems on a toyota sienna??

so our car has a 6-cd changer, and when i put a cd in with mp3/mp4 songs on it into the cd slot, it says "track 1, then plays but i dont hear anything, and then when i try and go to the next track, it goes back to track 1, please help. thanks!

Your first track on the cd is corrupt. Your cd player is having trouble reading it. Try burning another one. Use another song as the first track.

What year is your sienna? Not all factory radios can read mp3 CD's .  Even some newer cars have factory that don't MP3's  Check and make sure it can't and then try burning a new CD like the other guys suggested
