i had bid on a item and won the it. do i have to give the person my address before i pay for my item? What are the things i should do and should not do

Before you bid on an item you should read all of the seller's instructions and accepted methods of payment.If you need additional details you are given the option to contact the seller.If they accept money orders then all you need to do is get one in the amount of purchase,plus shipping,get it in the mail,and let the shipper know that the payment is on it's way.When seller recieves payment they ship the item.Pretty simple really.But reading ALL instuctions before bidding is very important!Happy e-baying....

your shipping info should already be on file with ebay, you can email the buyer and give them your address again

The seller will have in their listing the acceptable type of payment that he or she will accept. Most prefer "Paypal", but some will take personal checks or money orders. Contact the seller right away to figure out how your will pay for the item you won.
