I need some help with exercising?

I can't go anywhere, i don't have any machines to exercise, and i need some help.

what can i do to lose some weight just around my stomach. i don't know what to do. i can't exactly go running either. PLEASE HELP!!!

  2. OH MY GOD im going through the SAME thing! im a dancer so i just dance in my room with the music blasting. i dance to songs that would be played in clubs to really get me moving. no ones watching and you can totally get down into it! drink plenty of water and have fun! hope i helped! :D
