I need some help with iTunes?

On my laptop I have iTunes that works with my iTouch, and on my computer I have iTunes but it doesn't work with my iTouch, whats wrong?

Your computer may have recognized your laptop's iTunes and not the computer's iTunes. iPods are meant to only recognize one computer. There's a way to make it recognize for two computers but i don't know how to do that.
