I need some help with my Blackberry Pearl 8100. I have T-mobile.?

I went to bed last night and my phone had about half a charge and it was working fine. When I woke up this morning it is flashing a white screen with an hourglass for about 15 seconds then the screen goes black and the red LED light comes on, it has been doing this for hours. I've already tried just taking the battery out and that did nothing. I talked to someone from T-Mobile customer service and all they asked me to do was take the batter out and tell them what color the squire is in the upper right hand corner. They suspected water damage, which mine is still white so there is no water damage. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to resolve it?

My Curve did that last night. For some reason the battery was totally dead on mine. Plug it into the charger for about 10 minutes. You will probably see a solid red light. Then turn it on. Right now my light is flashing yellow with Low Battery but its charging.

Weird. Mine had about 1/2 charge too.
