I need some help with my my space HTML code

Question

Hello to all you smart genius programmers I need your help very bad please help

I designed the layout in Dreamweaver and it looked fine and I uploaded it to a Web server and it still look fine

but when I upload it to my space my moon and stars in the background are covered up can somebody please tell me what this

And I having another question

I guess I'm not a great programmer after all

Somehow I disabled the comments please help me with that this would be greatly appreciated

Your scrolling content is the same width as the moon/stars on the image here:

I would cut a good section out of the image (darn thing is 1600x1010 pixals anyway).  Maybe cut from the moon/stars on each side with a small blue overlap, then put each half in its own div container and float one left, other right.

I see the stars and the moon. you just cant see it until the bottom because your columns are too wide together. Try to see if you can shrink the size of the tables and divs and maybe that will help.  AWESOME layout by the way.
