  1. well its a solid elf deck in a way.

i mean that because for it to truely dominate your opponet your going to need instants and sorceries and enchantments that increase your strength.

then use some of the old school white cards to make your instants effects stay in play.

an example is staying power it makes your instants stay in play until staying power is removed or your instants get destroyed by a card effect.

  2. It looks like your deck is heavier on the 3-4 casting cost creatures with only 22 land + the mana elves.

I think you should take 1  liege out and add another land.

Why do you have Gilt-Leaf Palaces? I don't see any purpose for the black mana in the main deck or sideboard.  Maybe switch them for 4 Treetop Villages? The white mana is only used for O-rings and Teeg, so you may be able to get away with fewer white sources. Maybe drop the Brushlands? Maybe play some Mutavaults if you have them or can get them.

    So, to sum up:

    -1 Wilt-leaf Liege

    -4 Brushland

    -4 Gilt-leaf palace

    +4 Treetop Village

    +4 Mutavault

    +1 Forest
