Ok I'm a fast 100m sprinter but my ankles are always killing me. i stretch a lot, i use the icy hot pads, and i take some pill that is used to dull pain and still my ankles always hurt. is there a way around this

  1. If your angles still hurt, they are probably because they are weak.

    Try doing some "drills" with your ankles to stregthen them.

    Heres one:

    1. Take your right ankle and draw a circle with your toes. A circle as big as your ankle will let you. Then draw a circle in the oppisite direction. Switch and do the other ankle.

    2. Use your ankles and try to write the alphabet with your toes starting from A-Z. Again use full range of motion as your ankles will let you.

  2. dip them in cold water or just rest them. as a last resort you could change your style of running

  3. not really but i think that if you go to a doctor then they can give you wat your really needing, but try soaking them in ice tub.

    and get a really good brace. i have bad ankles to i just do those two things...
