I need some ideas for a personal summer project?

Also, any ideas that would take about one-two months are appreciated.

How about building a carnival type setting, look up on the web some pictures of the old ringling brothers circus acts, You could make it out of about anything, another idea is a train track with locomotive and a train station, have a friend who built one, its awesome.
