Well,,,,,Memorial Day is on the 26th, so maybe you should do an All American party. Hotdogs, Hamburgers, salads, watermelon, corn on the cob~ you could decorate with little flags and stars!! I attached a link you could use to get more ideas!!

You can try Chinese....Egg Rolls, Fried Dumplings, BBQ Spareribs, Crab Rangoon....like the stuff they have in Pu-Pu platters.  I also like the idea of the American Picnic answer.
