I need some info about braces??

Do they hurt?

What all do they do when you get them put on?

How long will it take for them to straighten your teeth?

for the first couple of days u r just sore. don't eat hard foods. It depends on how bad your teeth are to determine how long you will have them. i've had mine for almost 2 1/2 years

It doesnt hurt putting them on , but im on day day five and im still pretty sore, but it is better then it was. And my orthodonist said 2 years is normally the length of time, but everyone is different. i got ceramic on top and regular silver on bottom , but i quit drinking anything that will stain, which means i havent drank a coke in five days,sure miss that. lol

1) While they're putting them on, I was surprised too, but it doesn't hurt at all. Then the first 3-5 days, it's a little sore and pretty hard to eat. Then you just get so used to them, you forget they're there after like 2 weeks. Once they tighten them, the sore comes back, and the rubber bands makes the sore come back too.

2) They put the brackets on first, with this type of glue, and put in the wiring. Again, you barely feel it.

3) It's really depends on your teeth, but it's usually around 2 years. I recommend getting the permanent retainer in the end, because it gets annoying putting the retainer on every night.

1)some parts of it will hurt, but shouldn't be too bad..you will probably be sore.

2)pretty much put like cement stuff on ure teeth and then put the braces on.

3)depends on your teeth
