in most states its required to wear seat belts and if stopped without them on you will be fined for this but have to have other reason to stop you Children MUST be in one at all times  and this is a law every where

If you go on any military base you must have on as well for the mps will give you a ticket and may have you leave if don't comply seat belts are in all motorised vecheiles some school buses are putting in as well so when you ride you have to buckle up and its in every thing but a motor cycle and that's coming.
