Question:

I need some last minute wedding tips.?

I guess maybe I am just looking for a checklist of last minute things I need to prepare for the wedding. I have about 3 weeks left, and I just feel like I am forgetting about something. We have the flowers, cake, food, punch, music, and most all of the big things ready to go. Now I am just trying to concentrate on the small ones.

Thanks for your help!

  4. What I did was get a couple of big boxes and started packing up the things we'd need for the wedding: guest book, gift card holder, lighter for the votive candles, etc.  I put a running list on the flap of the box so I could see at a glance what was already packed.  It made the wedding day less stressful because I could just glance at the list and know that I had everything I needed.

The only other thing I would recommend is that you pick a member of your wedding party and assign them to each vendor so you don't have to worry about it day of.  One of my bridesmaids met the florist and helped get all the bouquets and bouts to where they needed to go, etc.  I didn't want to be hit with a ton of questions on the day and that helped it go more smoothly.

Best of luck, it'll be here before you know it!

  5. 1).  Place all of your wedding-day accessories & toiletires in one bag. That includes: jewelry, tiara and/or hair pins, makeup, touch-up powder & lipstick, hairspray, your garter, under garments, safety pins, etc.  all in one place.

2).  Make a list for the photographer of snapshots you must have.  I wish I had done this, b/c my photographer didn't take any pics of me & my brother & hardly did any candid camera moments, (and on that special day, you're just not thinking about all of that).

3).   I'm sure you've already picked all the special songs you want played during the ceremony and at the reception....

    4).  Make appointment for hair/nails.

I can't think of anything else off the top of my head.  But... congratulations & I wish you the best.  Most of all, take it easy & have fun :D
